Frogs
Andy Pandy, you're a wonder... thanks for your msg "medium-sized" Debs... Ian I don't think I'll be able to stop tom going on another adventure with you (as long as he doesn't purposefully try to get on an air ambulance!) and thanks Liz, looking forward to your birthday weekend!
Last night, as every night since the rains started, we heard the hilarious sound of frogs competing with each other to see who can croak the loudest. Tom finds it very amusing.
I arrived at work ridiculously early this morning (7.45), as unfortunately we had to cancel our trip to Mount Elgon and Sipi falls. Michael's (Helen's fiancee) grandmother died yesterday, so they've gone to stay with his family and go to the funeral.
Tom hasn't been well this weekend (upset tummy and still sore from falling off bikes... :) but as you know he always pulls through!
You'll be pleased to hear, however, that I had a smashing weekend, it was sunny all day saturday which afforded me some quality tanning time! I also have an exciting week ahead, with a few more meetings with interesting people and a document to write on the IDP camps in the north.
So all in all, we're fine and dandy, and sending you all loads of love!

awww poor tom!! mind you i bet he's milkin it for all his worth!! Good on u anna for enjoying the brillo weather.... but i will be dead envious when you return cos im as pale as ever!!!
At Dad's work at the mo, nothing very interesting going on so i thought id check out the blog and post a comment. I'm the first one - yay!!!
In case ur wondering what brillo pad amusements they have at dad's work, i am reduced to doing a 'new and improved hot drink's requirements' (Max mucked the last one up).

Hope very much that Tom is making full recoveries from all his traumas, be safe!! Worth and Elizabeth send much love to you both, we're out to dinner with them tonight.
